    balloon tooltip

    Can I use balloon tooltip on a form controls instead of the usual tooltip?

    I believe he's talkin about those little "balloons" that pop up from your systray .. like the one that reminds you to update things or whatever

    balloon tooltip like the ones in the systray. I want to use it in my form.
