Controller not hav enough bandwidth..

I am currently using a ADSL modem for my internet. When I try to connect my viewcam to the computer, It tells me that:
THE CONTROLLER DOES NOT HAVE ENOUGHT BADNWIDTH FOR THE VIEWCAM.

I am using an active USB hub, and my computer system is P3 1GHz.

I have attached a picture of the error. Anyone knows how to slove the problem?

Are you connecting for teh first time?

If so, then the cam is not comaptable with the motherboard.
