Hey there,
just wondering if anyone might be able to give me some good sources for game developement. Books, websites and all that jazz. Thanks a lot.

Hi there,
I picked up a copy of "Game Programming with Visual Basic" from Sam's Publishing and was fairly impressed. It doesn't delve into DirectX applications but it gives a decent background of game creation in VB.

Have also a look at Planet-source-code and search for "game". You will find some code and project to start with.
