I'm looking for the sources in order to encode a WAV into an MP3 without any OCX or DLL (like mp3enc.ocx or lame.dll). I just want the source or an URL (an existing and sure url) where I can find this code. This is important for me, 'cos I don't want to transcript the "C code" I found into VB...this is fasitidous!!
