MS Jet 4.0 Connection

Problem:

I have created an application that accesses a database up on he server. I added the data connections through the designer. I removed the data connections. Now whenever I try to add data connections, the program bombs on initialize component:

"an unhandled exception of type 'System.Security.SecurityException' occurred in Windows.Application1.exe

Does anybody have any ideas????? I've been able to create this error on two different projects, but not all. Any help would be greatly appreciated because without this solution, I am stuck in the world of VB 6
