I know there must be a simple way of doing this. I would like to open a .pcx image file resize it and save it under a different name.
The concept is simple but I am having difficulties. Any code samples would be greatly appreciated.
I attached the pcx file format. There is no built-in support for PCX files, so you will have to parse the file yourself.
