i want to develope a project which basicaly resembles with the msdn collection cds.

I have to mantain a big database which will be holding the case decision from court and i want the users to be able to search in that
cases from the database the related cases of the keywords specified by them. i want to keep the interface like that in the msdn
collection cds.

How should i proceed on to it
what features i should use from vb to make it very handy search.
