    Arrow start timer at 0:00:00

    hi ppl

    i am thinking of ...... starting a timer at 0:00:00

    the next second it should be 0:00:01 and it goes on......

    i want to display it on a label as well as store it in the database in a fixed intervel ...

    help me plz ..
