Dear guru:

I am currently developing an application which involved database. But I felt that there are still some weakness in my programme where I think I must use HTML code and incorporate it with VBScript, Java Script and others like CGI and Perl. What do you think about this, I am still not sure what should I do and I hope that you can give me some advice.
