about C# beginner book

hello sir
sir,I m now beginning to leran c-sharp.so please suggest which book i refer because i m beginner in c-sharp,but i have a knowledge of C++,C,Vb,java core and other basic programming languages.
and i have some suspision abt c-sharp and c#. Are both same name of programming language.

Do you ever browse the internet? Do you ever interact with people around you?
I mean what kind of a question is that? You say you have knowledge of C++, C, VB, Java and other programming languages. Do u really?
Anyways... I am not trying to demotivate you but just suggest that open yourself up and try finding things by yourself as much as possible. Google is such a good friend.
Since you say you know so many languages... I would suggest going through the "Professional C#" which comes under the Wrox Publications.
As far you other query is concerned - Yes they are the same.
