to create and use flexigrid using win32 api

Hi all,
I want to use flexigrid in my application which is win32 based.
So I want to create and attach it with a databse which is MySql,
so please give me a sample example to use it in my application.
I know it is very easy to implement in MFC but i want to implement it in win32 application.
Please reply your opinions.
