jdbc driver
hi!
I want to write a completely platform-independent program that accesses an oracle database through a servlet, but I haven't had any experience with those things yet.
What kind of jdbc-driver do I need and where can I get it? Is it possible to do it with just one "universal" driver or do I need one for every platform I use?
thanks in advance,
chris

Re: jdbc driver
You can use oracle thin driver to get connected with oracle database.
depending on the version and platfrom you will get free downloadable thin drivers available in oracle site.
