    You do not have appropriate liscence to use this functionality?

    When ever I try to execute an application I an getting error

    Can you tell me the reason. 2 min back it was working fine

    If you have VB Working Edition(the free one) Then a part of your code calls on a function that your license is not permited to access. Or your VB is screwed. Try reinstalling VB
