    Using JSP

    Dear all,

    I want to know info regarding Tomcat software and Apache for running JSP and the need of it.How to do client validation in JSP i.e in ASP we do it using java script.

    You can do the same using JSP. You can embed javascripts inside jsp as similar as regular html or asp. Regd. Tomcat and Apache - I can not help any. Hope this helps. If you need any code snippets let me know.

    You can use javascript in JSP too because JSP runs on the server like ASP and generates output to the browser.
