How do i get my form to look like the open form in win98

i made a neat little program and i made a form to save and load files but it just looks like crap how do i make it look like the standard win 95/98 save dialog used in most programs

you know like the one you see when you click on save from ie or netscape

i cant get it to read My Computer Desktop or any of that

use the Microsoft Common Dialog Control and call it's ShowSave method to get the default common dialog.
