Hi everybody

I want to use the tool bar like in Word, Excel or I.E. where you can drag the tool bar and put it everywhere (not like the coolbar which allows you only to put it on the sides of the form!)
When it is in the center of the form, it's like a tool box you know..

Perhaps the coolbar does it but I dont know how!
