How to get a invisible ocx's parent in its runtime ?

I want to write a backgound ocx which subclasses its parent( form )

while the parent form paint itself.I use VC++ to develop it.But I could

not get the parent property while a VB application use the ocx.Perhaps

due to the ocx has the OLEMISC_INVISIBLEATRUNTIME characteristic.
