what is delay signing?
Hi can i know what this delay signing is in .NET?
I read few articles but could not understand the content and real world usage?

Delay Signing is the ability for an assembly to act as if it were properly signed, but defer (delay) the actual signing to a later time).
Your Strong Name Keys (.snk files) are a valuable resource. You should treat them exactly as you would treat a "Bearer Bond" or other negotiable financial instrument.
If ANYONE (even a disgruntled employee) get ahold of your .SNK files, they can forge your programs, and cause massive financial harm (lawsuits, bankruptcy, fraud).
