Generate Multi Maps

I am not sure if this is the place to look, but we are looking for a way to take starting and ending addresses from multi excel spreadsheets (or text files) and be able to generate image output for each starting and ending point.

Basically what you can manually do by going to mapquest and putting in a starting point and ending point and save a copy of the map. The way we are trying to figure out is a way to do it with thousands of starting and ending points from a data list and get the output files saved (and hopefully identified to each address they belong to) for printing .

Doesn't matter if its a custom program, third party mapping program, excel macro. Any leads or idea what it would cost to developed such a thing would be greatly appreciated.
