Hello.
I am quite new, well to be honest, I am completely new to mobile development.
I would like to start developing mobile applications for Symbian OS, more specifically, s60v3 mobiles running Symbian.

But I have no idea where to start. I have googled it and no results were brought to me.

Can anyone here enlighten me and guide me towards nice and powerful libraries?
I read it's C++ development, which is great for me.
