I have found so many limitations on VB.Express version, that downloaded the 3 months trial version of Visual Studio.

I would like to develop a DLL to be used as an User Defined Function for Excel, but also as a standard dll to my code.

Now, there are so many templates on Visual Studio, that I are confused; ¿wich predefined template is better for that dual task?
