retrieve and modify configuration settings for TCP/IP

Please help.
I need to retrieve IP configuration settings such as :

* Number of NIC
* IP addresses and Subnet, DNS, WINS etc for each NIC
* If any RAS adapters installed

Any help is appreciated.
