Set file datetime in Win16
I need to set a file datetime in a VB3 program, I guess I need to write a dll in C. I need to support Win3.11, 9x and NT4. Using local, mapped and UNC filenames.
All I can find are ways to do it in Win32.
The MS suggestion of changing the PC time and date as you write the file produces bizarre effects in NT.
