Win98, VC5

Hello all,

Anyone here know how Internet Explorer 4 (and IE5 and Outlook98) displays Japanese on English systems? or pointers as to where to look for the answer. This information is needed as I'm developing an application that will be run on Japanese system (which is easy) But it would be nice to utilize the IE's language pack (Japanese codepage) when installed and display Japanese even on English systems.

PS: the language pack can be downloaded from MS site or through "Windows Update"
