How can I change default route in routing table?

Hi.
Your question is a little ambigous.
First, when we talk about the routing table, I think
that it is the routing table of ROUTER.
So, its OS seems to be Unix.
Second, multicast host can have its routing table,but multicast host
is not generally considered.
Your question is that you want to write the program that can
change the routing table of the router outside or inside it?
If you want to change the routing table outside it, you need much knowledge of network. However, if you are a administrator of the rounter, you have a chance.
