    Video Capture...Please

    I have a project that is Video Capture.
    I had programming with <vfw.h>, but this programming view foreground bitmap.
    foreground is transparency bitmap, and background is video overlay preview...
    So transparency area in bitmap is Video overlay preview...
    I'm Korean student, so I can't English well. sorry...
    Please help me, this is a very hurry project... good bye
