Want to enable Cellular Communications in you app?

Hi All,

Well I do. And I wish I knew how. So if any of you good people have any knowledge of how a MFC app can send messages to a cellphone and beeper/pager and also make a call to a cellphone to leave a voicemail, I would gladly accept all info regarding this. I am looking for enough background info before I attempt coding or even putting that functionality in the final release. So I need websites, books, any online references/white papers, code samples, the works.
I will make the time to put this in this version of the application I am working on, if I get any relevant info.

Please any ideas/advice are also welcome as how I should go about writing such an app.
I am sure there are plenty developers out there who had done this and even more who are looking to do this.
