Hi,

I am looking for a way to trap EVERY File/Registry access during an installation. Before allowing an access I want to be able to do an action like logging or verifying with internal access structures and then allow/deny access.

I know RegMon/FileMon but these tools don't work for me as I want them to, I really have to trape the API calls itself.

I would be glad if there is some source code...

One time I saw an application doing exactly this but I cannot remember the name and I did not find it again... maybe some of you know this app.
