Tracking memory changes
Hi all!
I have a process (not mine, but lets say I can inject my code inside it) which display some data. The data is taken from the process heap, from a known memory address which can be calculated).
Now, I need to change this memory location content, immediately when the memory content is being modified - before the process is accessing to this memory and read its content.
Is there any way to do this?
Thanks!
