How do I implement Scroll Bars on a Composite Control?

I am creating dynamic Edit Boxes on my control at runtime so it needs scrollability.
There are OnVScroll and OnHScroll events associated with the control's scroll property but implementation seems left to the coder.
Must I somehow derive my Composite Control from CScrollView?
