A java applet downloaded from a site by restrictions of security cann connect only to the server from which downloaded,

I need to get the (intranet !)server name from which an activeX is downloaded(first time) or activated(on subsequent page requests).. Do I use some interfaces exposed by the Internet Explorer to find the current URL ? If so what ?
