autorun disabled and cd boot also stopped?
just disabled autorun so that usb stick won't run itself when being plugged in. my question here is that if it also stops cd auto boot (reinstall os by boot from cd.. i change first boot is cd rom...)?

Disabling autorun is strictly CD-ROM device. The only time a USB flash drive can autorun is if it has U3 technology which makes it "trick" the OS into believe that it is a CD-ROM disk.

my question is that if i cannot reinstall os from cd because i disable the autorun???

No. Only the autorun will be disabled. You can always initiate the autorun yourself by right-clicking on the CD-ROM from within Windows Explorer. If not, then you can always double-click the autorun app.
