My apologies, the previous post was for the wrong email address

Hello all, I am writing an interface and had a rather simple idea. However, I cannot seem to find a simple way to implement this idea using the IDE I am using a check box to signify active or inacticve. When it is selected I would like both the check box and the text next to it to be green, when de-selected both the check box and the text would turn red. This seems really easy but I just can't figure it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
