Outlook express

Do anyone out there know how to add icon to the outlook express tool box?
add menu items to the outlook express?

I know how to do these within outlook 97 but not outlook express!

I think I figure it out By myself...
It can be done via Windows User Interface Service:
Shell Name Space extension COM DLL module to resole this problem.
However, it is very tedious; if any body can figure out a easy way, please
