Hi,
Today I come up with this fruit: Annona squamosa
Some people call it sugar apple, some call it custard apple, which one is more common in your area ?
Hey, I've never seen that kind of fruit before, it's definitely not widely available in the UK, so I don't think either name will be in common use here.

As I understand Wiktionary, sugar apple and custard apple are distinct fruits (and the one shown on your JPEG looks more like a sugar apple). At least the sugar apple does not have the scientific name annona squamosa, it's annona reticulata. (See http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/sugar_apple and http://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/custard_apple.)
At any rate, I haven't ever seen either of them. They don't seem to be commonly available here in Germany too.
