    VB is easier to use but Delphi is faster (because it supports pointers and VB doesn't).
    I think it's a choice of copmany's product: Microsoft or Borland. I chose to learn VB because I had experience with GW-Basic in past. If you had experience with Pascal it would be easier for you to learn Delphi. But right now, in Greece, they ask for VB more than for Delphi. That's all the info I have, my friend.

    Andy,

    It really can't hurt to learn them both. I never thought I would touch "C" again after starting in VB3. Now, when ever I write to the registry or mess with javascript, there is a hint of "C" there. Anyway, VB is hot right now and I don't see if cooling off unless it's developement community loses interest. So, I might focus toward it for now.

    Yeah well I haven't seen any DELPHI forums yet.....But anyway I'll think about it...
