    How could a developer insert an Access graphical report or form into a Word 97 document?

    Not really sure if this is what u want but u can give this a try-

    choose the report u want to export and select file/send menu in access. u can specify the format u need and also the profile name.

    The File/Send/Format suggestion didn't work because the options are rtf/excel/snp/MS Dos text/HTML. None of these options delivered the file in the same form (bar graph or circle graph) that was the Access '97 report. Thanks for the suggestion.
