Does anybody know of a freeware control that will add file and directory based security to an application. Example: User doesn't want their kid to access the directory 'Name', if their kid tries to access it, it'll automatically close.

The problem i'm running into, is if the user changes the directory name, i can't check for window title, and i can't check for class name because Windows uses the same class for all directory windows.
