    Timezone Conversions

    Hi,
    I am trying do achieve some basic timezone conversions without actually doing the arithmetic. For examples, I ask system for the currenttime (CTime::GetCurrentTime()) and I would like to convert it to for eg. PST/PDT or EST/EDT. This irrespective of where the program is running. I was wondering if there is a readymade support for timezone convertions of this type. Any help is appreciated.
