Hi:
I want to add some file attributes while save them..

In general, in file manager, the saved files have information of
their size, their format, and even their last-modified time.

And as we can see in the directory x:\window95\Temporary Internet Files,
(the Internet Explorer Cache directory)
some additional attributes added in and they may include "Internet address",
"expired time", "last-checked time", and "last-accessed" time"

So my question is how to add these attributes while saving files if I want to assign more information about stored files!!
