I was wondering if anyone can help me?

Is there any difference between NT 4.0 USA version and NT 4.0 France (french)
version? Is it just the security, and the french dialog or is there something else I should be concerned about?

The reason I ask is we have a software product which we want to be able
to use on the french version of NT and want to know if there are any
major differences between the versions.
