Replacing res://shdoclc.dll/*.* files with your own

Anyone know of any registry keys or other hacks to allow you to replace the "friendly" error pages Internet Explorer uses to explain connection troubles.

The big one I want to replace is:

res://shdoclc.dll/dnserror.htm#url

Where url is the bad address. Thanks!
