Add-in info

Hi
Does anyone know a good resource for writing add-ins for VB? If the MSDN help cd's offer some help please tell me where.. all I can find is... uh... nothing... It only tells me how to install one of the add-ins that ship with VB, which I know already...
I have the CodeInsert add in by Jeff Kohn which is quite a help, but I want to know more ....
