Web Based

Hi Guys
Can i make a Web Based Application in VC++.
I have made an application and i want to integrate it into the web.
It is a property sheet based application.
I want it to have it in a Html Page so that it can be accessed thro web.Is it possible to make it or i got to go another programming lang namely Java.
