How to record keyboard and mouse from a VB app?

Hi,

I'd like to record the keystrokes and mouse movements that a user does with a VB app. These recorded data need to be played back later to the same application. One method of doing this might be using a journal hook (possibly using a VC++ exe/dll). Is there any other simpler solution? Best of all, if I could code it within the VB app itself?
