How to convert PCL file to PDF file

I am searching for code to convert PCL files (Printer Control Language) to PDF file so that it can be viewed by Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.

Is there any solution in VB/VC++ to convert PCL to PDF files.
Can anybody help????
