Package and Deployment Wizard

I am trying to install my VB6.0 application on windows95/98 machine. Installation process goes through fine but in the last I get a message" c:\windows\temp\msftqws.pdw\$(Dll SeleRegisterEx) could not be registered because it is not found"

and then it uninstalls the application.

Any help is highly appreciated.
