Code Repository

Hi Everyone,

I just have a quick question that I need some feedback with. I'm looking for a "Code Repository" type program to help store snippets of code that I create or obtain off the web. I was primarily looking for something that will allow me to categorize the snippets. (File Maintenance, string manipulation, etc.)

I primarily program in Visual Basic and occasionally in C++.

I was just wondering what type of code repository programs are out there that you use and what are considered the good ones. Something that would make it easy to cut/paste from the code repository to the programming environment that I'm working with.

Any recommendations would greatly be appreciated.
