error

Hi,
i am developing one vb application using MS-ACCESS,crystal report.
After making exe and package of vb Applicaion, while installing that setup/ package in my machine or any other machine it displays some error :

like :
c:\system\mfc42.dll , msado20.tlb , msvcrt.dll,
This file is in use, please ensure that all applications are closed.

i didnt get where is the actual problem is. as my all other applicaions are already closed.

plz suggest.

Check whether the there are any other application running in the background.

Or

Remove those files from the PD
