Voice Dictation

Hey all,
Has anyone here ever used the Voice Dictation control? I have successfully used the Speech Recognition control before but the app I am working on would work out better with the Dictation control. My problem is that I do not know how to load a glossary (I guess that's the right term...) so that it will recognize the words spoken into the mic. Any ideas? Thank you!
